I started SubKeepers Solutions because I wanted to bring more than two decades of accounting and financial experience to small business owners in a way that feels personal, practical, and easy to understand.
Throughout my career, I’ve worked in project accounting, financial management, payroll, accounts payable, compliance, reconciliations, financial reporting, and process improvement. My experience includes serving as a Controller for a $17 million service franchise and managing project accounting responsibilities involving contracts totaling hundreds of millions of dollars annually.
But what I’ve learned over the years is that good bookkeeping isn’t just about getting the numbers right. It’s about making those numbers useful.
That’s what I want SubKeepers Solutions to provide.
A Little About My Experience
My background has given me experience on both sides of the accounting world—from the everyday details that keep the books accurate to the bigger financial picture business owners need to make informed decisions.
I’ve worked extensively with project accounting, contractor compliance, accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, financial reporting, internal controls, and accounting systems and processes. I’ve also helped develop and improve financial workflows and reporting tools designed to make accounting more efficient and useful.
That experience is especially valuable when working with contractors, subcontractors, and project-based businesses, where understanding what is happening on each job can be just as important as understanding the company as a whole.
Why I Created SubKeepers Solutions
I wanted to build a bookkeeping company where clients aren't simply handed reports at the end of the month.
I want you to know what your numbers mean.
Whether we're reconciling your accounts, organizing project costs, supporting payroll, developing Standard Operating Procedures, cleaning up QuickBooks, or preparing your monthly financial reports, my goal is to give you financial information you can understand and actually use.
I’m also a commissioned Florida Notary Public, allowing me to provide notarial services when appropriate as another convenience for my clients.
